Shipping Information

Made Just for You!

Every t-shirt and sweatshirt is custom-made with care, just for you! Our current production time is 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready, shipping time will depend on the delivery option you choose at checkout. Need it in a hurry? No problem—just select an expedited shipping method!

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses. We’re working hard to serve more areas in the future—stay tuned!

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment by visiting your account, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier’s tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.

Damaged Shipments

Freight claims for damaged or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping claims are to be filed by the customer with the delivery carrier and any losses incurred are at the customer’s expense. If you receive a shipment in damaged condition, you MUST retain all packaging and contents for examination by the carrier. You MUST immediately advise the carrier by phone and in writing and then advise our office immediately so we may assist you with your claim.

Returned Orders

In the event a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information or the inability for mail service to deliver, customer care will contact you. The customer will be responsible for paying a shipping fee to have the package sent again. If the customer decides not to pay the shipping fee, a 50% restocking fee will be applied with the remaining balance refunded to the customer.

BrandedSwagHQ.com shall not be liable for any delay in transit. Delivery dates are best estimates only. BrandedSwagHQ.com is not responsible for negligent acts by delivery service, including lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

Welcome to Branded Swag Apparel Co! We’re a U.S.-based print-on-demand company that creates custom apparel just for you! When you place an order, your item is printed specifically for you—no mass production here. Because everything is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s a printing error, we’ll gladly send a replacement!

Get the Perfect Fit

Before placing your order, please be sure to check out the size chart found on every product page. Since we don’t offer size exchanges, we always recommend sizing up if you’re unsure—it’s better to have a little extra room than not enough!
