We’re a U.S.-based print-on-demand company that creates custom apparel just for you! When you place an order, your item is printed specifically for you—no mass production here. Because everything is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s a printing error, we’ll gladly send a replacement!

Before placing your order, please be sure to check out the size chart found on every product page. Since we don’t offer size exchanges, we always recommend sizing up if you’re unsure—it’s better to have a little extra room than not enough!


Frequently Asked Questions

What if my item is damaged or defective?
We’ve got you covered! Just send a photo of the issue to sales@brandedswaghq.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If there’s a printing mistake or damage during shipping, we’ll reprint and send you a replacement—completely free.

What if my order didn’t arrive in time for my event?
We know timing matters! While most orders arrive within 5–10 days of ordering, we can’t guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside our control. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds for shipping delays or cancel orders once production has started. Thanks for understanding!
