Established on January 15, 1925, when Mr. Kelly’s ambitious vision transformed 80 acres into 389 residential lots, this neighborhood has flourished for 100 years as a beloved destination for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts. As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Highlands, we honor a century of cherished memories and look forward to many more years of community, relaxation, and lakeside adventure. Years later, in 1938, the Lake Delavan Highlands Association (LDHA) was formed as a domestic, nonstock, nonprofit corporation with a mission to own, maintain, improve, and beautify the common areas that define the heart of our community. We are also offering some LDHA apparel with 1938 as well.

Giving Back to The Highlands Community

At Branded Swag Apparel Company, we believe in supporting the places that bring us together. That’s why $6.50 from every t-shirt and $15.00 from every sweatshirt sold will be donated to the Lake Delavan Highlands Association (LDHA).

When these funds are donated, we will request that they be designated for the addition of wind and shade blinds to the community pavilion—a cherished gathering place where friends, families, and future memories come together.
